At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the guitar in its original hardshell case or gig bag, then secure it inside the original shipping carton with all included documentation and accessories.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
